掘进机PLC控制系统的设计与维护

Design and maintenance on Electric Control System of Mine Roadheader

摘要: 为提高掘进机生产效率,针对煤炭生产过程中掘进机的工作特点,设计了一种新型自动控制系统,该系统采用S7-200 PLC为核心控制器。文章详细介绍了PLC的硬件组成和软件的设计,分析了控制系统的安全性与环境适应性设计方法,阐述了控制系统与工作电机的维护,实践证明,这个控制系统功能齐全,安全可靠,完全能满足煤碳生产的需要。

Abstract: According to the working characteristics of mine roadheader in coal production process, a new type of automatic control system is designed. The system uses PLC S7-200 as the core controller, the hardware and software design are introduced in detail, the control system of safety and environmental adaptability methods are also given, the maintenance of the control system and motor are presented, the control system is fully functional, safe and reliable, it can fully meet the needs of coal production.
